One plan for CRM and Summaries.

Your account shares one page-credit balance across both products. Member-initiated use is attributed to that member, while firm automation is reported separately. Unused credits stay available to the whole firm.

Monthly plans

Choose the capacity your account needs.

All 3 plans use the same shared wallet. Paid allowances reset monthly; the Free grant is issued once. Paid prices are shown before applicable tax, which appears separately at checkout.

How page credits work

One balance, with clear costs before work starts.

Shared by the account

Credits belong to the firm, not individual members. Usage is tracked per member, and optional caps limit spending without reserving credits.

Summaries: General Overview is 1 credit per page

General Overview uses 1 credit per transcript page. Optional paid workflows receive a separate server-calculated quote based on the compute required before they start.

CRM: see the cost first

AI-assisted legal-notice extraction uses 5credits, shown before it runs. Firm automations appear separately in the usage report.

Work pauses when the account balance or a member cap cannot cover the quoted cost. A failed run with no usable result returns the exact credits it used. There is no automatic overage invoice.

Common questions

The details, without the fine-print maze.

Does one plan cover both products?

Yes. Free, Pro, and Max each cover CRM and Summaries for one account. Both products share the same page-credit balance.

What is a page credit?

It is Oathdesk's shared usage unit. In Summaries, General Overview uses one credit per transcript page. Optional paid workflows receive a separate server-calculated quote based on the compute required. CRM legal-notice AI extraction uses 5 credits, shown before it runs.

Does each member get a personal balance?

No. Credits belong to the account. Usage is tracked per member, and an admin can set monthly spending caps without reserving private credits.

Can coworkers use credits I do not use?

Yes. A member cap is only a spending ceiling. Unused credits stay in the account balance, available to everyone.

What happens at renewal?

Pro and Max included credits reset to the new monthly allowance and do not roll over. Purchased top-up credits stay in the wallet and never expire. Included credits are used first.

What happens when the balance reaches zero?

Work pauses before it starts. Free accounts upgrade to Pro or Max. Pro and Max accounts can buy another 1,000-credit pack. Oathdesk never adds a surprise overage invoice.

Are failed runs charged?

If work fails without a usable result, Oathdesk returns the exact number of credits that were debited.

Can I pay annually?

Not today. Oathdesk offers monthly plans only so renewal and credit resets stay easy to understand.

Start with 1,000 credits. Use them wherever the work happens.
